   I’ve seen this guy around town a few times, but I’ve been too slow to get my camera out. If I remember correctly, he rides with his hands all the way on the 5th bar-end. It’s a little scary to think of what he does when he needs to hit the brakes, but it seems like he’s usually going 5mph on the sidewalk, so maybe that’s not much of a concern. Great picture!
